Rediscover your physical and mental balance in the heart of the Dolomites with a 2-hour experience that combines awareness, movement, and nature.
The first part is dedicated to a session of Iyengar® Yoga, led by a certified instructor, designed to develop inner strength, stability, and postural alignment.
Next, let yourself be carried by the rhythm of cross-country skiing through snowy landscapes and the breath of nature — a harmonious activity that stimulates dynamic balance and the mind-body connection, guided by an expert instructor.

Scheduled for every Monday from 10:30 AM to 12:20 PM. Custom dates and times available for groups upon request.

A regenerating experience, suitable for everyone, including a daily entrance to the Alta Badia Cross-Country Ski Center and equipment provided for the entire day: yoga mat, cross-country skis, boots, and poles.
