Refund in Case of Cancellation
(In accordance with Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005, Consumer Code)
In case of cancellation, the following refund conditions apply:
- If you cancel within 7 days before the start date of the booked services, 100% of the amount paid, net of refund fees, will be refunded.
- If you cancel between 3 and 6 days before the start date of the booked services, 50% of the amount paid, net of refund fees, will be refunded.
- No refund is due if cancellation occurs less than 3 days before the start date of the booked services.
Refund in Case of Injury
- A refund (net of refund fees) for unused days is provided from the day following the submission of the medical certificate, exclusively in the event of a skiing injury certified by a medical professional practicing in Alta Badia or by the hospital to which the injured person was transported.
- The medical certificate must specify that it is a skiing injury that prevents further nordic activity.
- Accompanying persons of the injured party are not eligible for a refund.
- Refund fees amount to 2.5% of the total amount or a minimum of €40.
- Refunds will be credited solely to the credit card used for the initial payment and the net amount will be available no earlier than 7 - 10 days after the refund.
